Q: “How do I use/fill my lighter?”

Q: “Do they arrive with fuel?”
Due to shipping regulations we are unable to ship our lighters with fuel, so they will need to be filled upon arrival.
Q: “How do I know which fuel my lighter requires?”
The fuel required for each lighter can be found under the "Fuel" section in each lighter's product description.
Q: “Where can I buy fuel for my lighters?”
You can buy butane or lighter fluid (depending on the lighter), at your local hardware/camping store, or a local online retailer.
Q: “Where can I buy flints/wicks for my lighters?”
You can get them right here!
We recommend our Premium Lighter Flints and Wired Lighter Wicks as they're specifically designed to work universally with all of our lighters.
Q: “Do the lighters come with a box?”
Yes! Each lighter comes with its own box, making them perfect for gifting.
Q: “Will the ambient lighting/flashlight last forever?”
Please be aware the ambient lighting/flashlights on certain lighters (Cyber Lighter, Jet Lighter v2, Fire Extinguisher Lighter, etc.) will eventually run out and is unfeasible to replace.
However, this lighting has no effect on the lighters performance, and you'll still have a fully functional lighter when the ambient lighting/flashlight runs out!
Q: “Do the colored flames last forever?”
Unfortunately not, the colored flames have a limited lifespan.
But don't worry, when the color runs out you'll still have a fully functional lighter with a blue flame!
Currently, our only lighter with a replaceable flame color is the Sith Torch.

Q: “What if my lighter isn't working?”
Please follow the troubleshooting guide in our Lighter Instructions here.
Still not working? Please contact us, and if your lighter is faulty, we'll be happy to send you a free replacement.
Q: “How do I make a return?”
Please contact us to initiate a return and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Once we've received your return, we'll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
Q: “What if my lighter arrives broken or damaged?”
If your lighter arrived broken or damaged, please send us a picture at support@flamespade.com, and we'll be happy to send you a free replacement!
